VPS & Dedicated Server Usage Policy

1. Purpose

This policy defines the rules, limitations, and acceptable usage guidelines for HostingOra Windows VPS and Dedicated Server services. HostingOra provides infrastructure services only and does not promote or support any specific website, platform, or third-party service. Users are fully responsible for their activities conducted on the server. This policy forms a binding agreement between HostingOra and the customer.

2. Permitted Use

• Legal online activities compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Remote desktop access for personal or business workloads.
• Hosting lawful applications, websites, and software.
• General browsing and time-sensitive legitimate tasks.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Automation tools, bots, scripts, or unfair system manipulation.
• Bulk activity designed to bypass website security systems.
• Fraud, phishing, financial scams, or black marketing.
• Accessing or attempting to exploit third-party platforms.
• Any violation of Indian IT laws or cyber regulations.

Violation will result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. Third-Party Website Blocking Disclaimer

Third-party websites may block, restrict, or limit access from data center IP addresses due to their internal security policies.

• HostingOra has no control over external website blocking systems.
• No refund will be issued if a third-party platform blocks the IP.
• Users are responsible for complying with all external website terms.

5. Refund Policy

All VPS and Dedicated Server plans are non-refundable once activated.

• No refund after server delivery.
• No refund due to third-party website restrictions.
• No refund for misuse, suspension, or policy violation.

6. Important Usage Warnings

• Users must comply with all third-party website terms of service.
• Automation tools, bots, and system manipulation are strictly prohibited.
• Excessive or abnormal traffic may result in suspension.
• Users are responsible for how they use their assigned IP address.

7. Enforcement

HostingOra reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice for any policy violation. Illegal activities may result in permanent ban without refund. HostingOra is not liable for third-party website bans, restrictions, or account suspensions.

9. Agreement

By using HostingOra services, users agree:

• To follow this policy completely.
• To use the service legally and responsibly.
• To accept the non-refundable policy and third-party platform risks.

10. Security & User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for saving and managing their banking/UPI details, third-party website login credentials, and software data within their VPS environment. HostingOra does not have access to user banking details, third-party website accounts, or software credentials.

The VPS password is set and controlled entirely by the user. HostingOra cannot access any VPS without user-provided credentials. Remote assistance, if required, is provided only through user-authorized screen-sharing tools such as UltraViewer.

Users are required to follow strict security practices, including:

• Users are advised to take appropriate security measures after completing sensitive financial transactions.
• Entering banking or financial details only when necessary.
• Changing UPI PINs and passwords immediately after usage.
• Maintaining strong VPS passwords and updating them regularly.
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on their HostingOra account.
• Regularly monitoring VPS access logs through the control panel.

HostingOra provides server infrastructure and management services only. In case of any unauthorized transaction, users must immediately report the matter to the appropriate Cyber Crime authorities.

HostingOra shall not be liable for any financial loss, fraud, or misuse.
